• Delivery Schedule: We deliver Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm. While we'll do our best to accommodate preferred delivery times, specific times cannot be guaranteed.
• Accurate Delivery Details: Please ensure the delivery address and recipient's contact number are correct and complete to avoid delays. We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
• Our drivers will attempt to deliver directly to the recipient. If no one is available, we will leave the delivery in a safe, weather-protected location whenever possible.
• For secure apartments, we will try to leave the order at the apartment door. If access is restricted, the delivery may be left in a foyer.
• If it is deemed unsafe to leave the delivery and we cannot contact the sender or recipient, the order will be returned to our store. Additional fees may apply for returns and re-deliveries.
Some hospitals have strict policies regarding flowers and gifts. Please check with the hospital beforehand to confirm delivery is permitted.
• A $6.95 surcharge applies to deliveries to hospitals and shopping centres.
• Delivery fees may be adjusted if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
