  • Delivery times: Between 7am and 6pm
  • Please note: no same-day delivery is available on Sunday.
  • Pick-up hours:
    • Friday and Saturday: 9am to 5pm
    • Sunday: 7:30am to 1pm
  • Please select your preferred pick-up time during checkout.
  • Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
  • Order cut-off: Saturday 9 May at 3pm, or until sold out.

How soon can I get my flowers delivered?

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our cut-off time. Please check our delivery options at checkout for the most accurate timings and availability.

What if the recipient is not at home when the flowers are delivered?

If the recipient is not home, we will follow the delivery instructions provided. If we have Authority to Leave (ATL), we will leave the flowers in a safe spot and notify the recipient. If there is no ATL, we will contact you to organise redelivery (additional fees may apply) or collection from our shop.
